After finishing my Givenchy foundation I was going to re-purchase it but Chanel had brought out a new foundation, which appeared very similar to what Givenchy were offering. I thought I would purchase Chanel's Perfection Lumiere foundation and try it out. My first few times I really could not stop comparing it to Givenchy's Eclat Matissime.

This foundation feels really light on my skin. This is both good and bad. The pro is that it barely feels there but the con is that I feel the formula is a little watery. Unfortunately, because of this I do find that by the end of the day when I look in the mirror, the foundation has lost it's staying power and you can really see my imperfections.

I love how easy it is to blend into my skin. The colour that I chose does look a little dark but it blends in beautifully and compliments my skin tone.

I would definitely say that the best thing about this product is the sleek and compact bottle. It's light and no fuss making, which makes it perfect for easy storage and travelling.

Overall I did have hight hopes for this product but I found it average and I won't be purchasing it again because, for me, it simply does not provide long lasting coverage.

Isn't this highlighter just the prettiest? I've always wanted amazing cheekbones like Kim Kardashians so I thought I would give this a go to see if I could give my cheeks some definition.

This pearl powder comes in two shades: Rose Radieux and Rose Boudoir, I opted for Rose Radieux because it's a slightly lighter tone. This powder defines and illuminates the face for a healthy glow.

First impressions was that this powder is perfect. I was definitely looking for a highlighter that had shimmer but unfortunately this product did not deliver. The shimmer that you can see on my photos is not consistent in the powder because the more you use it you can see that it loses that shine and becomes a sand tone powder with an inner bronze coloured powder.

The simple packaging makes the powder look neat and not fussy. I like the transparent window to see the powder because you can see the alluring embossing on the powder.

This powder was a disappointment but I do like how this powder keeps my face matte and it still gives me still a slight natural looking glow.

I am genuinely so captivated by this product. The unusual viper venom ingredient is such a draw for me. I just love trying weird and wonderful products, from snail cream to birds nest sheet masks. This night moisturiser does not have actual venom in it but has Syn-Ake, which is an ingredient inspired by the potent venom from the Temple Viper.

This cream is supposedly a new powerful night cream that has been designed to rework the appearance and texture of the skin whilst you are sleeping. Hyaluronic acid, hydrates and moisturises the skin whilst you sleep and it's other main ingredient, retinol, targets signs of ageing. After one night my skin is feeling fresh and truly hydrated the next morning. I've been using it every night and fitting it in to my night routine and after 2 weeks I definitely feel my skin is a little plumper and rejuvenated. I can really see that my complexion is a lot smoother after a couple of uses.

The cream's texture is more like a cream and serum hybrid. It's not a typical heavy night cream and resembles more like a water mask. The fluidity of this product means you can use this moisturiser sparingly and this pot would be able to last you a while. I would definitely say not to use this every night because it doesn't provide as much moisture as a cream would. At first I used it every night for 2 weeks and my skin found it to be too much and it dried my skin out a lot. I now only use it every 2-3 times a week.

The packaging looks a little masculine but I like the black and it makes it look a little more dangerous. It's a worthwhile and inexpensive moisturiser. The viper venom isn't just a fad, it really does work!

I love mascaras that have a comb style brush because they really get the mascara onto my short and straight lashes. The larger and thicker the brush tends to be the harder it is to get mascara on my lashes, causing to completely miss and end up around my eyes. This FAIRYDROPS mascara has a completely different brush altogether. It has three 'bobbles' that really adapt to the eye shape to evenly deposit the mascara onto eyelashes.

I don't have the most curliest of eyelashes but with the help of an eyelash curler and this mascara I find that it really does lift the lashes for the majority of the day. It lengthens my eyelashes without leaving clumps and I find they have a lot more of spidery and fanned out effect.

I love how gentle this product is on the eyes and eyelashes. It feels light weight and barely there whilst making my eyes stand out. It lasts throughout the day and makes my lashes look fabulous.

This mascara claims to be water, sweat and tear proof, as well as being OK for the ocean and pool. Being so strong against these elements I find that it's incredibly easy to remove!

Firstly, congratulations to Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds on their pregnancy! I'm so excited to see what beautiful babies this couple produce!

Can I also just say how hard it was to get my hands on this lipstick. I saw it once at my local Boots and thought to myself I'd get it later because I had already spent so much money. However, when I was ready to purchase it I couldn't find it anywhere, I went to 3 different Boots stores, online and Superdrug stores and they had completely sold out! After visiting Boots everyday for a week during my lunch break I finally got my hands on it.

It's no wonder it sold out, it's such a vivid and pigmented red. This shade is perfect for dressing up a casual outfit in the day or making a statement with a LBD in the evening! There is some transfer but the colour lasts throughout the night and I only needed one touch up.

I love how posh L'Oreal's Color Riche Collection lipsticks look, I love how gold and black go so well together. They really do look like high-end but are so affordable!
